Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Nature of the service
Passport2Pride is an independent travel noticeboard. It is not a dating service, tour operator, travel agent, emergency service, background-check company, or guarantor of any user. Listings, attendance counts, profiles, and meetup information may be inaccurate or change without notice.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful information, respect consent and privacy, meet initially in public staffed venues, protect your own travel documents and belongings, and use independent judgment. Do not publish exact hotel-room details, live GPS locations, illegal content, threats, harassment, impersonation, scams, or discriminatory abuse.
Accounts and third-party login
You are responsible for your account and sign-in provider. Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Firebase, Vercel, and other providers have separate terms. A confirmed provider account or future verification badge is not a safety guarantee.
Meetups and travel risk
You participate in travel and meetups voluntarily and at your own risk. Passport2Pride does not supervise meetings and is not responsible for another user’s actions, transportation, lodging, venue, medical event, loss, injury, or local-law compliance. Contact local emergency services when needed.
Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, preserve safety evidence, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law. We may provide an appeal process but cannot guarantee continued access.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Passport2Pride disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
